Mining Engineer (CODE: ME) 
East Kalimantan – Balikpapan

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide individual mine optimization and base cased selection based on update geological data, mining assumption and economic assumption. 
• Support economics model evaluation with coal reserve, production schedule, Operational Expenses (Opex) and Capital Expenses (Capex) estimates based on engineering design of mining, infrastructure and logistic. 
• Update Life of Mine Plan (LOMP) including with all technical & non-technical task associated with mining/processing/logistic/risk/opportunity assessment from exploration to mine closure. 
• Update Life of Mine Plan (LOMP) as guideline from medium and short term planning.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree major in Mining Engineering. 
• Age between 28 – 30 years. 
• Minimum 5 years of working experiences, preferably in Long Term Planning. 
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Mining Software (Minex, Minescape, XPAC). 
• Good in English, both verbal and writing. 
• Have analytical thinking, work planning & management, problem solving, good communication and report writing skills.

Technical Development Team Leader (CODE: TD) 
East Kalimantan - Balikpapan

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide the proper training method for increase the organic reserve through the alternative mining method. 
• Initiate mining improvement opportunities and mining technique to reduce operating cost. 
• Be responsible in evaluating economic model for new mining method and technique. 
• Develop high quality technical standards and procedures and drive effective execution
• Provide training program related to mining software and mine engineering software.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree major in Mining Engineering. 
• Age between 28 – 35 years. 
• Minimum 10 years of working experiences, preferably in Long Term Planning. 
• Excellent skill with Microsoft Office and Mining & Mine Engineering Software (Minex, Minescape, XPAC). 
• Good in English, both verbal and writing. 
• Have analytical thinking, work planning & management, problem solving, good communication, coaching and report writing skills.

Disbursement Support & Administration (CODE: DSA) 
East Kalimantan - Balikpapan

Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure the entire invoice and reimbursement document received from internal and/or external parties are supported by necessary supporting document, according to the standard requirement of the company, to be registered and get the approval from the related user to be ready for Finance. 
• Ensure budget spending is in accordance with approved budget. 
• To ensure all the completed payment of invoice and reimbursement are recorded and reported. 
• To ensure all document related with disbursement are filed in system properly.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree major in Economic (Finance, Accounting, Management or Tax). 
• Age between 25 – 30 years. 
• Minimum 2 years of working experiences in the field. 
• Familiar with Microsoft Office ( knowing Oracle System is an advantage) 
• Good in English, both verbal and writing. 
• Have analytical thinking, work planning & management, good communication, and report writing skills.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Good command in English (verbal and written ) 
• Have analytical thinking, good work planning & management, good communication skill and good report writing skills. 
• Computer literate (MS Office) 
• Able to work under pressure with tight schedule deadline
