Our company that located in South Jakarta, now looking for professionals to fill this positions,


1. Searching for new clients who could benefit from your product. 
2. Establishing new and maintaining existing relationship with customer. 
3. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions. 
4. Meeting regular sales target. 
5. Recording and maintaining client contact data. 
6. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meet client needs. 
7. Solving client problem.

Qualification : 
• Male/Female. 
• Minimum Bachelor Degree ( S1 ) in Engineering ( preferred Electrical/Petroleum/Geological ) 
• Experience min. 2 years in similar position
• Good knowledge in product presentation based on client application/needs
• Having experience in monitor and feed back market trends
• Good in English both oral & written
• Sales target driven and highly self motivated
• Good interpersonal and communication skills


Responsibilities :
1. Answering telephone, direct, screen calls, taking and relaying messages. 
2. Providing information to callers, greeting persons entering organization and directing individuals to correct destination. 
3. Ensuring knowledge of personnel whereabouts and maintaining exact and complete sign-out/sign-in procedures for consumers and on-site staff. 
4. Dealing with queries or requests from the customers and public. 
5. Providing general clerical and administrative support to all levels of professionals. 
6. Preparing letters and documents, receiving and sorting out e-mail and deliveries.
7. Ensuring that common areas in office premises are equipped with required office supplies as appropriate. 
8. Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office. 
9. Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.

• Female, Age maximum 30 years old. 
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, prefer from Tarakanita or Saint Mary. 
• Good communication skill and good in English, both verbal and written is a must. 
• Attention to detail, meticulous, and systematic person. 
• Honest, energetic, high motivated, hard worker & customer service oriented. 
• Computer literate is a must. 
• Good communication skill with all levels.


Responsibilities :
1. Manage all Directors task management & arrangement. 
2. Setup Directors travel and accommodation arrangements. 
3. Managing Directors day to day activities (calendar). 
4. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. 
5. Create, transcribe and distribute meeting agendas and minutes. 
6. Handle documents all administratives matter related to business

• Maximum 35 years old. 
• Minimum Diploma Degree from any major from reputable university prefer from Tarakanita or Saint Mary. 
• Having experience as an Secretary or Personal Assistant to a Director for at least 3-5 years
• Height min; 165 cm and good looking. 
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication. 
• Able to handling Visa/ Passport and itinerary for overseas travel. 
• Computer literate is a must. 
• Mature, honest, energetic, confident, hard working, and creative. 
• Good communication skill with all levels. 
• Able to work fast & effectively.

4. IT Support

Responsibilities :
1. Maintaining workstation and networks including mobile devices. 
2. Manage IT needs. 
3. Role as Helpdesk and Troubleshooting.

• Minimum Bachelor Degree major in IT, IS, or Computer Science from reputable university with GPA min 3,00. 
• 1-3 years of exeperiences as an IT Support/ Helpdesk/ Programmer. 
• Understand Windows, Server, Linux and its troubleshooting. 
• Having knowledge and experience in making application with,, or PHP. 
• Good team player. 
• Honest, energetic, confident, and creative. 
• Good communication skill with all levels. 
• Able to work fast & effectively and get ready for everytime needed.

5. Finance and Accounting Staff

1. Female with age min 23-30 years old. 
2. Min Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00). 
3. Experience min 3 year in the same position. 
4. Have Certificate of Brevet A & B is a must. 
5. Attractive person, diligent and able work with multi tasks and under pressure. 
6. Good knowledge in taxes. 
7. Have knowledge handle Banking & Finance Payment such as Giro, Billing Payment, etc. 
8. Good English is a must.
