VACANCIES IN OIL & GAS

A leading oil & gas company in Asia is hiring senior technical and non-technical positions to strengthen its operation in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Professionals with following required skills and experiences are invited to apply:

GENERAL MANAGER

Roles and Requirements:
1. Experienced to plan, organize and direct production sharing contract activities as part of the Company’s goals and objectives and to execute all programs as approved by headquarter. 
2. Able to perform effective and good relationship with Joint Venture partners, vendors, government, and other stakeholders for the need of production sharing contract activities. 
3. Manage Work Plan & Budget. 
4. Has a minimum S-1 Degree in related discipline. Master Degree is an advantage.
5. Has a minimum 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry; with prior experience in Managerial / Leader level. 
6. Fluent and effective in communication and presentation in English. 
7. Good interpersonal and managerial skills. Reliable and depth of technical skills.

SUB SURFACE MANAGER

Roles and Requirements
1. Experienced to plan, organize and direct subsurface activities as part of integrated resource base and hydrocarbon asset management system, with goal of profitable operations. 
2. Able to perform effective and good relationship with Joint Venture partners, vendors, government, and other stakeholders for the need of subsurface activities.
3. Manage Work Plan & Budget. 
4. Has a minimum S-1 Degree in geology or geophysics. Master Degree is an advantage. 
5. Has a minimum 15 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry; with prior experience in Managerial / Leader level. 
6. Fluent and effective in communication and presentation in English. 
7. Good interpersonal and managerial skills. Reliable and depth of technical skills.

OPERATION MANAGER

Roles and Requirements:
1. Experienced to plan, organize and direct operation activities in producing oil and gas fields in line with company regulation and strategy. 
2. Able to perform effective and good relationship with Joint Venture partners, vendors, government, and other stakeholders for the need of operation activities. 
3. Manage Work Plan & Budget. 
4. Has a minimum S-1 Degree in related disciplines. Master Degree is an advantage. 
5. Has a minimum 15 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry; with prior experience in Managerial / Leader level. 
6. Fluent and effective in communication and presentation in English. 
7. Good interpersonal and managerial skills.

GEOLOGIST

Roles and Requirements:
1. Experienced in conducting geological evaluation and petroleum system analysis in both exploration and development fields including operation. 
2. Able to perform 3D static modelling and have an understanding of technical computer science tools (modelling). 
3. Able to contribute to recommendations for the placing of exploration, appraisal and production wells including workover job. 
4. Has a minimum S-1 Degree in geology. Master Degree is an advantage. 
5. Has a minimum 7 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry as a geologist. 
6. Able to work in team with other sub surface team member.

GEOPHYSICIST

Roles and Requirements:
1. Experienced in conducting 2D/3D seismic interpretation in both exploration and development fields. Knowledge in seismic acquisition and pcocesing is an advantage. 
2. Able to perform seismic attributes/inversion/AVO mapping and analysis. 
3. Able to contribute to recommendations for the placing of exploration, appraisal and production wells. 
4. Has a minimum S-1 Degree in geology or geophysics. Master Degree is an advantage. 
5. Has a minimum 7 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry as a geophysicist. 
6. Able to work in team with other sub surface team member.

PETROPHYSICIST

Roles and Requirements:
1. Experienced in conducting logs and petrophysical interpretation in both clastic and carbonate fields. Knowledge in logging operation is an advantage. 
2. Able to perform QC logs, data processing and log calibration. 
3. Able to plan and design well logs and core evaluation program. 
4. Able to contribute to recommendations for picking testing and production interval including workover program. 
5. Has a minimum S-1 Degree in geology or geophysics or physics. Master Degree is an advantage. 
6. Has a minimum 7 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry as a petrophysicist. 
7. Able to work in team with other sub surface team member.

RESERVOIR ENGINEER

Roles and Requirements:
1. Experienced in conducting reservoir engineering work by providing well performance evaluation, determination of reservoir rock and fluid properties, numerical simulation to predict future production profiles for input in development decisions and identify risks. 
2. Able to perform dynamic reservoir modelling. 
3. Responsible for reserves assessment and certification. 
4. Able to contribute to recommendations for picking testing and production interval including workover program and placing appraisal and production well location. 
5. Has a minimum S-1 Degree in petroleum engineering. Master Degree is an advantage. 
6. Has a minimum 7 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry as a reservoir engineer. 
7. Able to work in team with other sub surface team member.

PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Roles and Requirements:
1. Experienced in conducting production engineering work to optimize oil and gas production. 
2. Experienced in performing well intervention (workovers, coil tubing, snubbing, slickline). 
3. Responsible for evaluation, identification, and development of production enhancement opportunities. 
4. Able to contribute to recommendations for picking testing and production interval including workover program. 
5. Has a minimum S-1 Degree in petroleum engineering. Master Degree is an advantage. 
6. Has a minimum 7 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry as a reservoir engineer. 
7. Able to work in team with other sub surface and operation team member.

DRILLING ENGINEER

Roles and Requirements:
1. Experienced to perform drilling engineering work to strategize, plan and schedule the preparation including execution of the drilling and workover operations to ensure all activities are operated in safe and cost effective manner. 
2. Able to work independently to perform technical drilling engineering for well design, cost estimates, project planning and review of rig design, overall major project drilling operations for performance optimization. 
3. Able to participate in field reviews, peer reviews, optimization studies, and local operational knowledge/ experience to improve production and operation optimization. 
4. Has a minimum S-1 Degree in related disciplines. Master Degree is an advantage. 
5. Has a minimum 7 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry as a drilling engineer. 
6. Able to work in team with sub surface and operation team member.

PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Roles and Requirements:
1. Experienced to plan, organize and direct procurement and logistic activities in line with company and government process and procedures. 
2. Able to perform effective and good relationship with contractors, suppliers and consultants and company in a professional and ethical manner. 
3. Has a minimum S-1 Degree in related disciplines. Master Degree is an advantage. 
4. Has a minimum 7 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry in related position. 
5. Certified as per Tender Manajemen PTK 007 SKKMIGAS.
