HSE ENGINEER
Location : Jakarta

Role & Responsibilities: 
1. Perform HSE Internal audit comply with OHSAS Requirement 
2. Perform CSMS audit to the contractors and subcontractors and monitoring HSE Performance of projects and contractors 
3. Response to investigation of incidents and safety observation cards, and take action in order to mitigate potential safety, health, and environmental risks 
4. Monitoring HSE Documentation and record from the projects in line with ISO and OHSAS requirements 
5. Assist HSE Manager and prepare HSE Documentation related to project specific HSE Plans, Emergency Response Plans and other associated documentation to meet tendering and operational requirements 
6. Monitoring implementation of HSE Training for all staff 
7. Require to perform HSE Inspection regularly all Seascape Projects 
8. Develops procedure and working instruction related to project activities. 
9. Maintain company HSE manuals and documentation 
10. Preparing HSE meetings regularly, and follow up on actions and outcomes

Requirement: 
1. Male/Female, maximum 30 years old 
2. Candidate must possess Academy degree in Public Health, Engineering or any discipline 
3. Deep knowledge about HSE Management System with other requirement such as CSMS, OHSAS, ILO, NFPA, IMCA, IADC, GHS,SOLAS, MARPOL, and provision in Ms. Office (word, excel, etc) 
4. Must have at least 2 years experiences in HSE 
5. Must have certificate in office training, document control, ISO awareness 
6. Good English conversation is a must.

Providing guidance (standard operations procedures), general affairs management, company regulation (policies, regulations and legal matter), job description, BPJS, vehicle & driver arrangement in practices of HR in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Requirement: (Urgently Required)

• Bachelor Degree in Management, Law, Phycology
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience is a must
• Understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures
• Understanding in General Affair Administration
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• High initiative and motivate person, good communication and inter-personal skill, neat & tidy
• Willing to work in Karanggan, Gunung Putri area
• English is a must
