HEAD OF SUPPORT SERVICE
(Jakarta Base)
Responsibilities:
To plan, organize and review the implementation of strategy, policy and guidelines related to HR and Support Service, in order to support HCML in performing and achieving its target with qualified and competent employees, supported by appropriate accommodations and facilities.
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor degree in Management, psychology or other related disciplines.
• Having experiences min. 10 years in HR and Support Services in Oil and Gas Industry, with gradually increasing responsibilities in managing functions.
• Proficient in English language both writing and speaking
• Having managerial and communication skill.
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill, dynamic team player, high integrity, high initiative, has ability to work under pressure.
ANALYST HUMAN RESOURCES
(Jakarta Base)
Responsibilities :
To conduct activities related to personnel administration, including activities related to company policies, employee personal data management, compensation & policy, industrial relations, and HR information system, to ensure all company policies updates are documented, industrial relation activities are well executed and all data or administrations are well documented and integrated in HRIS.
Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor degree from any field preferable from Psychology, Management
• Minimum 4 years in HR in Oil and Gas Industry, with gradually increasing responsibilities in managing functions
• Having proficiency in using advanced worksheets features to integrate and analyze quantitative data
• Having skills of English language both writing and speaking
• Has communication skill
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill, dynamic team player, high integrity, high initiative, ability to work under pressure; smart/hard worker; has sense of responsibility and HSE concern
Officer Security
(Surabaya Base)
Responsibilities :
To implement and report the implementation of strategy, policy and activities related to Security Service activities and processes, in order to ensure HCML security (for all HCML physical assets, personnel, materials or documentations) is guaranteed to support its operation.
Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor degree from any field
• Minimum 2 years in Security Service for Oil and Gas Industry, with gradually increasing responsibilities in managing functions
• Having skills of English language both writing and speaking
