PT. DWINAD NUSA SEJAHTERA, Gold Mine Company operated at Musi Rawas Utara District seeking for qualified candidates for:

A. CSR SUPERINTENDENT - Code: DNS-CSRSUPT

• Design CSR and community development program that meet community needs and company policy
• Implement CSR and Community Development programs and initiatives in the area of education, healthcare, public infrastructure, economy development and socio-cultural
• Ensure infrastructure community development program is implemented according to plan and target
• Maintain good relationship with local community

B. UNDERGROUND TRAINER - Code: DNS-UGTR

• Develop, coordinate, implement and manage all underground training needs, analysis, training record, skill matrices
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training program with continuous improvement focus
• Supervise and train the local work force in modem mining techniques while achieving the planned targets in both safety and production

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Agriculture/Social Science or equivalent for DNS-CSRSUPT
• Min. Senior High School for DNS-UGTR
• 8-12 years experience in similar role
• Excellent command in English (speaking, reading, writing) 
• Willing work in a Mining Environments
• Good ability in operating Windows and Microsoft office
• Good personalities, self-confidence, high motivation and hard working
